The Information and Resource Referral Program assists clients by providing information, resources and referrals. We’re here to make life easier for individuals with disabilities by assisting with applications for disability, pensions and other types of arduous application processes. We know that applying for benefits and finding the right resources can feel overwhelming—that’s where we come in! Our friendly team is ready to guide you every step of the way, offering one-on-one support in person, over the phone, by email, or through Zoom.

Applying for disability benefits can be complicated, but we're here to simplify it for you. We'll help you understand the differences between federal (CPPD) and provincial (PWD/PPMB) programs, assist with filling out applications, and support you through the appeal process if needed.
Not sure where to start? Our office on Departure Bay Road has a wall full of brochures, pamphlets, and helpful guides. If you can't find what you're looking for, just ask! Our team is happy to point you in the right direction or connect you with the right resources.
Everyone's needs are different, so we offer one-on-one help tailored to your situation. Whether you need assistance with forms, have questions about programs, or just don't know where to turn, we're here for you. If we can't help directly, we'll do our best to connect you with someone who can.
We also help with federal pensions like OAS, GIS, and CPP, Disability Tax Credit (DTC), BC Housing Registry and SAFER Program, Ballenas Housing Society applications, Provincial Fuel Tax Program, BC Ferries disability travel support, Canadian Dental Benefit, and many other forms and programs.
